Self-care at Home

It is ironic to me that the theme of the month is self-care and so far has also been the month (so far) that I have struggled the most to get anything done that I truly want to get done. I am blaming the fact that we recently had a snow storm. I am ready for spring.

Maybe the rest of the month will be better.

I truly believe that the best thing you can do as a regular practice is forgiveness of yourself.

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan.

Sometimes what you want to do and what you need to do are completely different.

Sometimes the best you can do is just make it through a day at a time. This is something you need to be okay with.

What are some things in your life you’ve had to forgive yourself for? You don’t need to tell me, but I would encourage you to think about it yourself.
