Now introducing. . . my amazing brother!

Several weeks ago I wrote about my siblings and how proud I am of each of them.  Today, I have something to share that I hope you’ll appreciate.

My 12-year-old brother  “C” is a singularly gifted musician.  In a family filled with musically talented people he has proven himself of more than worthy of the legacy passed down to him. One of the more famous of our clan are two of the members of Mad Calibre.

Anyway, recently my brother produced this video. It’s a cover on “Wish You Were Here” by Pink Floyd .  In this piece C plays all the guitar parts and moves seamlessly between himself playing the acoustic guitar and the bass guitar.

I feel that it’s important to note that my brother has taught these parts to himself.  He has had minimal lessons on both the electric, acoustic, and bass guitars.   However, he has taught himself to play a variety of songs including the guitar solo in “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

I hope you enjoy this rendition of “Wish You Were Here.”
